Pot roast is a super easy supper. It can be put in the crock pot in the morning to cook all day. Dinner will be ready when you come home. You can even buy all the ingredients in the frozen food section of your local supermarket. All you do is place the contents into the crock pot and turn it on. Chicken enchiladas are also a delicious, easy to make dinner. You can buy precooked chicken breasts that are already cut into strips. Just combine them with some onions, black beans, salsa and Monterrey jack cheese into a flour or corn tortilla and roll them up. Place into a baking dish, top them with enchilada sauce, and bake them for thirty minutes.

Lasagna may look complex, but it is actually very easy to prepare. If you make it up ahead of time, you can freeze it until you are ready to bake it. Then when you want to eat it, take it from the freezer to the oven and bake it for about an hour. Sometimes, the best secret to easy meals is planning ahead of time what you will eat and preparing most of it when you are not busy.
