Everybody knows that the role of women has changed drastically from fifty years ago. We also realize that women all through the ages have always worked, and worked very hard, it just was not always outside the home. Today there are very few households that do not have both parents working outside the home; and as every homemaker realizes, balancing a job and homemaking is not a very easy thing to do. However, it is doable.
First of all, you need to learn how to prioritize properly, and people, especially your family, need to come before “things.” And, setting limits to the amount of time you work outside the home is wise, and make sure to stick by them.
