Refreshing drinks made with Splenda® No Calorie Sweetener ---
Strawberry-Orange Smash
2-1/2 cups frozen, unsweetened strawberries
1/2 cup Splenda® Granular
1 cup calcium-fortified orange juice
3/4 cup nonfat plain yogurt
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/4 cup ice cubes
Place all ingredients in blender. Mix on low speed 15 to 20 seconds. Remove lid. Stir well. Cover and blend on medium speed until smooth. Pour into 4 glasses and serve immediately. (Makes 4 (8-ounce) servings.)
Per serving: 100 calories, 4g protein, 21g carbohydrates, 0g fat, 0mg cholesterol, 40mg sodium, 2g dietary fiber, 14g sugars. Diet Exchanges: 1-1/2 fruit.
Lemonade
1 slices lemon
2 teaspoons lemon juice
3 packets Splenda® No Calorie Sweetener
1/2 cup club soda
3/4 cup ice cubes
Fresh mint leaves, washed
Mash lemon slices, lemon juice and contents of Splenda® Packets with fork or spoon in tall glass. Add club soda and ice cubes; garnish with mint leaves and serve. (Makes 1 8-ounce serving.)

Iced Mocha Latte
2/3 cup Splenda® Granular
2 tablespoons Dutch process cocoa
2 tablespoons instant coffee granules
2 cups boiling water
2 cups fat-free half and half, divided
Optional Garnish: frozen whipped topping, chocolate curls
Combine Splenda® Granular, cocoa and coffee in a small bowl. Gradually whisk in boiling water, whisking until blended. Stir in 1 cup half and half. Pour mixture into ice cube trays. Freeze 8 hours. Pour remaining 1 cup half and half in blender. Gradually add frozen mocha cubes, blending until smooth. Serve immediately. Garnish, if desired. (Makes 4 8-ounce servings.)
