Peanut Butter and Jelly Bites

This recipe for Peanut Butter and Jelly Bites is an easy no-bake sweet treat that makes two servings quickly. The children will be pleased and they could even help prepare them in about 10 minutes.
Peanut Butter Balls:
1 stick Splenda® No Calorie Sweetener Flavors for Coffee, Caramel
1 stick Splenda® No Calorie Sweetener Flavors for Coffee, French Vanilla
1 Tbsp. sugar-free cocoa mix
1 Tbsp. graham cracker crumbs
2 Tbsp. peanut butter
1½ tsp. fat-free cream cheese
Garnish:
2 Tbsp. graham cracker crumbs
2 teaspoons sugar-free or no-sugar-added jam
1. Mix all peanut butter ball ingredients together in a small bowl. Roll into 6 balls. Roll balls in graham cracker crumbs.
2. Press a small indentation in center with fingertip. Fill with jelly. Serve immediately.
