You probably already know that a healthy diet and moderate exercise can increase energy. But, did you know that green tea helps fight the blues if you drink at least four cups of green tea daily.
There's a recent blog (http://www.todayshealthviews.com/blog/2010/01/15/green-tea.html) that emphasizes drinking green tea. The writer explains that according to proven studies, seniors who drink at least four cups are much less likely to report symptoms of depression than those who drank less or none at all. Japanese researchers found this to be true in people over seventy years of age.
I am sure this is sound advice that is easy to follow. There are so many delicious teas to choose from.
